The Advanced Placement Plan.

If you complete the program and are still not placed, you can move onto the plan where you pay only after you are earning.

• Step 1
  Profile health check Your profile, projects and interview performance are assessed properly and reported back to you — including the uncomfortable parts.
• Step 2
  Sign the agreement, join the drive You sign the income-share agreement and join the placement drive. Every condition is in writing and explained to you before you sign anything.
• Step 3
  Documents and calendar Share your documents and get onto the drive calendar, so you are in the queue for interviews as they come in.
• Step 4
  Get placed, then pay You pay in monthly instalments out of your salary, once there is a salary to pay from.
• Step 5
  Come back as a mentor Optional, and a fair number do. The people who were sitting where you are now make the best interview coaches.

Job assurance is conditional — attendance, assignment completion and interview participation all apply. We walk you through the exact written conditions before you enrol, not after. If a condition would be hard for you to meet, we would rather find that out at the demo class.
