  Sign the agreement, join the drive You sign the income-share agreement and join the placement drive. Every condition is in writing and explained to you before you sign anything.
• Step 3
  Documents and calendar Share your documents and get onto the drive calendar, so you are in the queue for interviews as they come in.
• Step 4
  Pay after getting the offer letter Nothing is due until the offer letter is in your hand. After that you pay in monthly instalments out of your salary — once there is a salary to pay from.
• Step 5
  Come back as a mentor Optional, and a fair number do. The people who were sitting where you are now make the best interview coaches.
